Encouraging the safest cycling environment possible is of the utmost importance to our community and we are proud champions of that message. To that end, we recognize that safety practices and policies for all vulnerable users (including pedestrians, motorcyclists, etc.) to be the most practical approach for facilitating change.

We endorse all share the road campaigns and have the expectation that all of our members/participants to be cognizant of and adhere to all relevant traffic codes and laws. We will encourage and support all cyclists properly utilizing their rights to roadways and public access areas of all types.

Each and every membership helps us to spread the word and demonstrate our presence in the local communities that matter most to you. Your membership helps us pinpoint where to focus our efforts. Thank you.

EDUCATION & PRESERVATION

Our membership has consistently reinforced that progression is the key to education for riders and outdoors people of all skill levels. Based on your input we offer programs, clinics and support materials for every level of rider regardless of experience, fitness level or discipline. We also are able to access a vast network of subject matter experts to assist with topics outside of our own experience and expertise on your behalf.

Historical context and preservation are an integral aspect of the journeys we all share. It helps to know where you came from to better understand where you might be going, Our members have made it known that the preservation and sharing of the histories of the regions we travel through is an important aspect of their journeys. Your membership greatly contributes to allowing those stories to be passed along.
